1. How do I purchase from your Company ?

By filling the application form online or by filling a form at any of our offices a customer can then proceed to inspect his/her purchase at a date fixed by the company.

2. Do I pay for inspection ?

Yes with the token of N 5,000 (five thousand naira) paid from the total amount of the property purchased you will be taken by the inspection manager to the site of interest.

3. Can I buy and build ?

Yes you can buy from any of our location and build the structure of your choice. Materials must meet the company’s standard.

4. Can I buy and preserve ?

Yes you can buy and keep, this is the reason why most real estate investors trust us because our property are well documented and we offer security.

5. Is there any OMONILE wahala?

No. Our customers enjoy the freedom of not being disturbed by the so called OMONILE as that has been taken care of by the company.

6. How long does allocation take?

Allocation of land takes up to 48hrs

7. Any other payments to be made by the client ?

Yes the sum of N30,000 (Thirty thousand Naira) is to be made immediately after full payment of the land for allocation to begin.

Also 5% of the total amount of the purchase of the property. This is to be paid as Documentation fee.

8. How do I get my documents ?

You get your documents within 48hrs from payment of 50% of the value of the property

  • Letter of acknowledgement ( acknowledging the total amount paid )
  • Estate covenant ( land purchase agreement

9. Do I get an estate broker ?

Yes if you don’t have an estate broker you will be assigned an associate of the company to manage your purchase .
